• Hosting members are fully responsible for the conduct and actions of their guests, and any individuals accessing the Resort under their Membership or authorization

Site Rental Details

All sites with 30 amp power & water hook-ups (water to site shut off September 22, fill stations are open year round)	Private picnic tables	Private fire pit and firewood included. Removal of firewood from the premises is considered theft.	Modern washroom, shower and laundry facilities

Pets must be leashed at all times (electronic leashes are not permitted)and droppings must be cleaned and disposed of appropriately. Pets are not permitted in common buildings and recreational areas.

Important information about RV Site reservations: 

• Check-in time is after 2:00 PM. We cannot accommodate early check-ins. Please try not to arrive early, you will be turned away until 2:00 PM. This does NOT apply to Members.
• Late check-in: We do prefer that you are in the park by no later than 10 PM to respect the guests that are settled into the resort. 
• Site selection is done on a First-Come, First-Served basis only! You will not be assigned a site.
• Site Selection & Registration: 
  • Upon your arrival, you will check-in at the office and be given a criteria to follow for choosing an appropriate available site.
  • Once a site is selected, the guest must return immediately to the office to report:
    • Site number
    • Street name
  • Guests are strongly encouraged to take a photo of the site number post for reference.
  • This step must be completed by an adult (18 years or older) listed on the reservation, as a liability waiver signature is required.
  • Failure to report the selected site may result in Resort Patrol visiting the site to ensure compliance.
  • Once registered and assigned, the guest’s vehicle license plate will be detected at the main gate.
• We do not guarantee dual-serviced sites or sites side by side.
• Some of our sites are very deep. It is strongly suggested that you bring extensions/adapters for power and water hoses with you for your stay. You may purchase these at our Wilderness Village General Store.
• Immediate family is defined as parents or legal guardians and up to six (6) dependent children.
• Maximum occupancy is eight (8) persons per immediate family per site.
• Two immediate families may share a site only where permitted, and must not exceed sixteen (16) persons total.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced
• You may not have day visitors during your stay (valid reservation required for entry)
• Any individuals not part of the reservation holder’s immediate family must hold a separate reservation.
• Non-family guests may request placement on a shared site with the reservation holder or reserve a site of their own, subject to availability.
• Tents:
  • Tents are permitted only in designated areas and are not allowed on RV-designated sites unless expressly permitted.
  • Additional tents are permitted for immediate family members only and are subject to an additional nightly fee.

• One (1) vehicle is included with this reservation unless otherwise stated.
• All additional vehicles must be declared, registered, and may be subject to additional fees.
• Pets must be leashed at all times with a physical leash (electronic leashes are not permitted).
• Use of the sani-dump is included in your stay - please plan appropriately ahead of the check-out time.
• Use of firewood is included in your stay. Removal of firewood from the premises is considered theft and will be reported as such.
• Check-out time is strictly by 11:00 AM. We cannot accommodate late check-outs. We reserve the right to charge a penalty fee for reservations failing to vacate their site at the required check-out time.

RV SITE RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A one-night deposit is due at the time of reservation.
• Changes must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival.
• Nights cannot be reduced at check-in.
• Final payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Deposits are permanently attached to the reservation and can be transferred to new dates more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded less a $25 administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date may result in forfeiture of up to three nights, with any remaining balance refunded.
• A $25 administration fee applies to reservation changes/modifications.
• Administration fees may apply.
• All cancellation timelines are calculated from the scheduled arrival date, not the date the cancellation request is received.
• VALID Government-issued IDENTIFICATION (ID) is required at check-in and MUST match the name on the reservation.
• No refunds are issued for early departures.
• Refunds issued on cancellations will not include the $12 standard booking fee, previous administrative fees charged to the reservation for changes/modifications or any site-specific cancellation fees.
• Extensions are subject to availability.
• Reservations may be transferred to another guest’s name (e.g., family or friends).
• Deposits can be transferred to new dates.
• WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANY EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS. 
• We reserve the right to charge a penalty fee for reservations failing to vacate their site at the required time.
• Wilderness Village Resort reserves the right to refuse service and/or entry to the resort.
