What's included in my Cabin?

Did you know you can rent a propane tank for the BBQ at your cabin?

You don't need to bring your own, propane tanks are available for rent (cabins only), at the office. Low daily rate of $12+ GST. Available seasonally.

Cabin Rental Details

All cabins are equipped with washrooms, and stocked kitchens including cook & bakeware.	A max of 2 pets are allowed in Cabins, for an additional nightly fee. No pets on furniture/beds, please.Pets must be leashed at all times (electronic leashes are not permitted)and droppings must be cleaned and disposed of appropriately. Pets are not permitted in public areas and recreational areas.	A tent can be added to a cabin reservation, at an additional nightly fee. Extra occupants, vehicles, boat/ATV/utility trailers are subject to an additional nightly fee.	Taxes are not included in rate pricing, nightly rate.   Minimum 2 night stay.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out is 11:00 am.   No early check-in or late check outs.	All Cabin rentals are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism tax levy.	A one night non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations.	Peak Season: May 15 - Oct 14 Off Season: Oct 15 - May 14
Standard rental rates apply during peak season. Members and their guests receive special priority booking and pricing in shoulder/off-season rentals only.	BBQs available at cabins (only during the summer). Propane tank rental for BBQs are available at a low, flat daily rate.	Public/Non-Member reservations begin February 1st annually.  Member priority reservations start Mid-January.	To reduce our environmental impact, housekeeping services are provided weekly during long term winter stays.

Check-in/out times are not flexible.

Important information about Cabin reservations: 

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. We cannot accommodate early check-ins. Please try not to arrive early, you will be turned away until check-in.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced
• You may not have day visitors during your stay (valid reservation required for entry)
• One (1) vehicle is included with this reservation unless otherwise stated.
• All additional vehicles must be declared, registered, and may be subject to additional fees.
• Pets must be declared, registered, and may be subject to additional fees.
• Pets must be leashed at all times with a physical leash (electronic leashes are not permitted).
• Use of firewood is included in your stay. Removal of firewood from the premises is considered theft and will be reported as such.
• Check-out time is strictly by 11:00 AM. We cannot accommodate late check-outs. We reserve the right to charge a penalty fee for reservations failing to vacate their site at the required check-out time. 

The Following Items Are Not Supplied In Your Cabin

• Salt & Pepper
• Coffee (You do have a coffee maker & filters)
• Saran Wrap
• Paper Towels
• Tinfoil
• Towels for the pool - Towels supplied are for cabin use only, not to be removed.

CABIN RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A one-night non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.
• A minimum two-night stay is required for all cabin reservations.
• Changes must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival.
• Final payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Deposits are permanently attached to the reservation and cannot be transferred to new dates.
• Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded less the one-night non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
• A $25 administration fee applies to reservation changes.
• Administration fees may apply.
• All cancellation timelines are calculated from the scheduled arrival date, not the date the cancellation request is received.
• VALID Government-issued IDENTIFICATION (ID) is required at check-in and MUST match the name on the reservation.
• No refunds are issued for early departures.
• Refunds issued on cancellations will not include the $12 standard booking fee, previous administrative fees charged to the reservation for changes/modifications or any site-specific cancellation fees.
• Extensions are subject to availability.
• Reservations may be transferred to another guest’s name (e.g., family or friends).
• Deposits cannot be transferred to new dates.
• WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANY EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS. 
• We reserve the right to charge a penalty fee for reservations failing to vacate their site at the required time.
• Wilderness Village Resort reserves the right to refuse service and/or entry to the resort.
