Glamping Tent Rental Details

![]() A max of 2 pets are allowed in Glamping Tents, for an additional fee. No pets on supplied mattresses. Pets must be leashed at all times (except in off-leash area) and droppings must be cleaned and disposed of appropriately. Pets are not permitted in public areas and recreational areas. |
![]() A tent can be added to a cabin reservation, at an additional fee. Extra vehicles, boat/ATV/utility trailers are subject to an additional fee. |

*Please note that the CABIN/GLAMPING TENT and RV CAMPSITE cancellation policies are different, and the information below only applies to cancelling CABINS & GLAMPING TENTS.
Cabin & Glamping Tent Cancellation Policy
A minimum 2-night stay is required on all reservations. Reservations cancelled more than 14 DAYS (2 WEEKS) PRIOR to your arrival date are refunded, LESS the one-night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. When cancelling a reservation less than 14 days PRIOR to the arrival date, up to 3 nights may be forfeited and any remaining fees deducted from the refund applied to your credit card; administration fees may apply. Transferring a reservation to new dates is not permitted as the deposit is permanently attached to your reservation.
Cabin & Glamping Tent Reservation Modification Policy
All changes or adjustments to a reservation must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) PRIOR to the arrival date and will be charged an administration fee of $25.00. Administration fees may apply to any adjustments made after the initial reservation is made. No refunds will be given for early checkouts. Please check for availability if you wish to extend your stay. If you are unable to keep your reservation, you have the option to TRANSFER the reservation and deposit to another guest's name (example: family or friends); administration fees will apply.
Refunds are not given for closed amenities, weather, air quality, fire bans, illness, vehicle problems, advisories (including pandemics), animal related issues and/or any evictions.
Cabin & Glamping Tent Payment Policy
A one-night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all cabins and glamping tents is due at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the arrival date. If you are unable to keep your reservation, you have the option to TRANSFER the reservation and deposit TO ANOTHER GUEST NAME; administration fees will apply. Transferring a cabin or glamping tent deposit to new dates is not permitted; the deposit is permanently attached to this reservation.
Wilderness Village Resort reserves the right to charge through all outstanding amounts and /or refuse service or entry, if required. Valid identification (ID) is required for all registrations at check-in and must match the name on the reservation.
