You should receive a confirmation email of your request. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check with the office to verify receipt of the service request.
Tow-offs will be scheduled for the day after departure, while tow-ons are always booked for the day of arrival.
To request a double/large site for a Members’ guest to share the site, a one-night deposit of $65+ GST must be paid at the time of the tow-on request and will be applied to the guests' reservation.
Once we have satisfied the perimeters of a tow-on and you request a change (ie. different site), the service fee will apply.
Important Information for All Members
We would like to highlight important information regarding our towing and check-in policies:
Towing Policy Update:
$200 Fine for Unoccupied RV Units: Any member who books a tow-on and does not occupy their RV unit on the day it is booked to be towed will be fined $200.00. This does NOT apply to tows that need to be done in advance due to volume. The same applies to members who fail to book a tow-off prior to departure from the Resort, leaving their RV unoccupied.
Moving Other Members' RVs: Members towing or moving other members' RVs may only do so on the same day the member is expected to arrive. Wilderness Village Resort will NOT be responsible for damages to member property during member/member towing or compound parking. Please refer to the note above regarding advance tows.
Book your tow-off prior to your departure: If you have gone home and left your RV on site without booking a tow-off, you will be charged the emergency rate for a tow-off same day and the fine for an unoccupied RV unit.
Check-In and Guest Access:
Valid ID Required: All members and guests must present a valid ID upon check-in/registration.
Resort Access for Members Guests (Day Visitors): Due to security concerns, Members are now responsible for letting their own visitors into the Resort using their gate cards. The office will only allow entry for registered Resort guests and will no longer be responsible for contacting members and letting visitors in at the gate. *This does NOT apply to registered Members' guests that are camping*
