Please read before you book:

Through our booking portal you can view & book available dates. We require a one-night deposit at the time of booking as well as some information like your name, address, phone number and email address. The remainder of the payment will be automatically applied two weeks before the start of your reservation. 

  • Maximum of one family unit per reservation, up to a maximum of 8 people (of any age).
  • If you are tenting, you must choose only designated tenting sites when you arrive.
  • Only one sleeping unit is included in your reservation, additional tents are an additional cost and must be occupied by members of your immediate family.
  • We do not allow day visitors into the resort. Only guests with a confirmed reservation may enter. If your friends want to meet up, you’ll need to meet them outside the resort.

FAQs

How do I book a camping trip with my friends?

Each site or cabin needs to be booked separately, so make sure to use the name of the person staying for each reservation. Keep in mind that we don’t do group camping here, and we can’t guarantee that your sites will be next to each other. Also, each reservation is for one family unit with a max of 8 people.

Can I book over the phone?

Nope, all bookings must be made through our easy online reservation system.

Can my friends come visit me while I’m at the resort?

Unfortunately, we can’t allow day visitors into the resort. Only guests with a confirmed reservation can stay. If your friends want to meet up, you’ll need to meet them outside the resort.

Can I pick my exact site?

We can’t guarantee specific sites, as they’re assigned on a first-come, first-served basis when you arrive with a reservation. If your primary sleeping unit is a tent, you may only camp on designated tenting sites.

Do you offer day passes?

We don’t have day passes available. Only guests with a valid reservation can enjoy our resort and amenities.

When does your pool open and close?

Our pool usually opens in time for May long weekend and stays open until after Thanksgiving; however, this is fully dependent on weather. 

When do your childrens activites begin?

Our children's activities (through the Funshack) usually begin in early July after school is out for the summer.

Do you still have your petting zoo and trail rides?

Sadly, we no longer have a petting zoo or offer trail rides. But here's the good news: we're bringing mini golf to the resort for Summer 2025! Stay tuned!

Do you offer tenting?

Yes, just reserve an RV site. One sleeping unit (RV or tent) is included in the reservation. When choosing your site upon arrival, you must choose from the list of designated tenting sites (the sites circled in red below).

RV Campsite Cancellation and Payment Policies

*Please note that the CABIN and RV CAMPSITE cancellation policies are different, and the information below only applies to cancelling RV CAMPSITES.

RV Campsite Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled more than 14 DAYS (2 weeks) PRIOR to the arrival date are refunded the full deposit paid LESS the $25.00 administration fee. When cancelling a reservation less than 14 days PRIOR to the arrival date, up to 3 nights may be forfeited and any remaining fees refunded to your credit card; administration fees may apply. 

RV Campsite Changes Policy

All changes or adjustments to a reservation must be made more than 14 days (2 weeks) PRIOR to the arrival date, an administration fee may apply.  Please check for public availability if you wish to extend your stay. No refunds are issued for early check-outs.  Nights can not be reduced at check-in.  Administration fees may apply to adjustments/changes made after the initial reservation.

Refunds are not given for weather, air quality, fire bans, vehicle problems, advisories (including pandemics), animal related issues and/or any evictions. 

RV Campsite Payment Policy:

A one-night deposit is due at the time of reservation.  Final payment is due 14 days PRIOR to the arrival date. The one-night deposit is permanently attached to the reservation and dates cannot be changed once booked.

Wilderness Village Resort reserves the right to charge through all outstanding amounts and/or refuse service or entry, if required. Valid identification (ID) is required for all registrations and must match the name on the reservation.
