We require a one-night deposit at the time of booking as well as some information like your name, address, phone number and email address. The remainder of the payment will be automatically applied two weeks before the start of your reservation.

*Please note that the CABIN and RV CAMPSITE cancellation policies are different, and the information below only applies to cancelling RV CAMPSITES.
RV Campsite Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled more than 14 DAYS (2 weeks) PRIOR to the arrival date are refunded the full deposit paid LESS the $25.00 administration fee. When cancelling a reservation less than 14 days PRIOR to the arrival date, up to 3 nights may be forfeited and any remaining fees refunded to your credit card; administration fees may apply.
RV Campsite Changes Policy
All changes or adjustments to a reservation must be made more than 14 days (2 weeks) PRIOR to the arrival date, an administration fee may apply. Please check for public availability if you wish to extend your stay. No refunds are issued for early check-outs. Nights can not be reduced at check-in. Administration fees may apply to adjustments/changes made after the initial reservation.
Refunds are not given for weather, air quality, fire bans, vehicle problems, advisories (including pandemics), animal related issues and/or any evictions.
RV Campsite Payment Policy:
A one-night deposit is due at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 14 days PRIOR to the arrival date. The one-night deposit is permanently attached to the reservation and dates cannot be changed once booked.
Wilderness Village Resort reserves the right to charge through all outstanding amounts and/or refuse service or entry, if required. Valid identification (ID) is required for all registrations and must match the name on the reservation.
